The Right Honorable Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli, along with Madam Radhika Shakya and the delegation from high-ranking Government officials, business and media persons embarked on an official state visit to Beijing, the capital city of the People’s Republic of China on June 19, 2018 on Himalaya Airlines’ Airbus A320 with Nepalese Registration 9N-ALW.
The aircraft took off from the Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu at 09:09 hours Nepal Standard Time and successfully landed at Beijing Capital International Airport, Beijing at 16:49 hours China local time (Nepal standard time 14:34 hours/UTC 08:49) today.
The entourage who accompanied the Right Honorable Prime Minister on the flight were Minister for Home Affairs Hon. Mr. Ram Bahadur Thapa, Minister for Foreign Affairs Hon. Mr. Pradeep Kumar Gyawali, Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Hon. Mr. Barsha Man Pun, Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport Hon. Mr. Raghubir Mahaseth, Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister Mr. Bishnu Rimal and Members of Parliament.
Mr. Vijay Shrestha, Vice President-Administration was present on the occasion to bid farewell to the Ministerial delegation as well as to Mr. Ang Tshiring Sherpa, Chairman of the board and Capt. Zhao Guo Qiang, President of Himalaya Airlines who were also on board accompanying Right Honorable Prime Minister.
