Buddha Air to commence direct flights from Pokhara to Nepalgunj

Buddha air, the largest and longest operating privately owned domestic airlines of Nepal will begin its direct flights from Pokhara-Nepalgunj-Pokhara. The airline will conduct its flights from 14th of April, 2018.

Buddhar air has announced to start direct flights from Pokhara to Nepalgunj with the aim of facilitating passengers. The company with tentative plan will conduct one flight per week. Flight frequency will change according to the passenger demand.

 Buddha air conducting this flight will ease the travel for both domestic and international tourists who visit Bardia National Park and Mansarobar which would boost local tourism.

Buddha air is planning to expand its direct flight services in the domestic network and it has already started operating direct flights from Pokhara to Bharatpur, Pokhara to Bhairahawa since 15 of September 2017 whereas it has been operating direct flights to Biratnagar to Tumlingtar since 12 June 2011.

Recently, Buddha air has announced direct flights from Kathmandu to Kolkata from September 1, 2018. The airlines will conduct its flights thrice a week.

Buddha air is currently operating its scheduled flights to 13 domestic destinations and to Varanasi, India.
