Turkish Airlines, ranked the “Most Valuable Brand of Turkey” finally adds one more flight in KATHMANDU-ISTANBUL flight network today, September 18, this year. According to the marketing manager for Turkish Airlines (Nepal), the airlines conducted its additional flight today with full occupancy in its Airbus A330 aircraft.
Currently operating to four flights per week on its wide-body Airbus A330 series aircraft which can accommodate two hundred and 89 passengers on-board, the flag carrier will now operate five direct flights per week from September 18 this year.
The airline has increased the flight frequency following the increasing demand of Istanbul-Kathmandu route.
Turkish Airlines flies to 119 countries, more than any other airline with an operational fleet of ten cargo aircraft. Istanbul Atatürk Airport is its main base, and there are secondary hubs located at Esenboğa International Airport, Sabiha Gökçen International Airport, and Adnan Menderes Airport.
Recently, Turkish’s has secured four Skytrax World Airline Awards this year; ‘Best Airline in Southern Europe’, ‘Best Business Class Onboard Catering’, ‘World’s Best Business Class Lounge’ and ‘Best Business Class Dining Lounge’.
