NAC’s new MA60 grounded

The newly bought Modern Arc “MA60” belonging to national flag carrier has been grounded at Tribhuvan International Airport.
According to the source, MA60 with registration “9N-AKR” had suffered problem on its nose landing gear due to hydraulic leakage. This aircraft had arrived Kathmandu on January 13th, 2017.
The grounded MA60 has warranty time period so, the damaged part was sent to China. The damaged part of the aircraft was replaced this Wednesday after China sent it for free of cost. The source said the aircraft will continue its schedule flights from tomorrow.
