Awaited Fishtail Air AS 350 B3+ “9N-AJR” Helicopter finally arrives TIA

Nepalese helicopter charter company, Fishtail Air Helicopter has finally arrived at East Helipad of Tribhuvan International Airport, Nepal today and is likely to commence its service soon in the Nepalese sky.
The AS 350 B3+ Helicopter has arrived via roadway to Kathmandu. The helicopter purchase agreement was signed with TARMAC AVIATION SA of Switzerland for a maintained AS 350 B+ helicopter months earlier.
According to the officials from Fishtail Air, the aircraft cargo was getting through Birgunj Custom three days earlier and was arrived East Helipad at around 10:00 AM. The aircraft’s parts including the fuselage, tail boom was dismantled into a container.
The helicopter already received its registration number “9N-AJR”. The helicopter will be assembled on Buddha Air’s closed door Hangar facility by the Nepalese Engineer and will be commenced its operation soon, noted officials from Fishtail Air. The AS 350 B3+ helicopter is powered by a 2B1 engine and is well known for its capacity to fly at higher altitude (23,000 feet AMSL) all over the world. The chopper has also earned its name in Nepal with comfortable flights at the mountainous region of the country. Excluding the pilot, the helicopter possesses 6 seats and can operate flawlessly during the operation like Aerial Sightseeing, Mountain Flights, Rescue Evacuation, Corporate Charter, Sling Operations, High altitude operations and other special adventurous missions.
