Team members of AAR Cooperation arriving Nepal

Team members of AAR Cooperation, the successor of Nepal airlines global tender bid for the purchase of two Airbus A-330 jets will be arriving Nepal for the further processing of purchase and sales agreement.
A team of directors along with the company’s legal advisors from AAR, American Aviation Company will land Kathmandu by mid of March.
“We will discuss on the further protocol of purchase and sales agreement of two wide body aircraft after the arrival of AAR’s team in Nepal”, reported a source. “After the mutual agreement the purchase and sales agreement for the two wide body aircraft will be proposed to Management Committee of Nepal Airlines”, he added.
According to the source, AAR had already drafted a proposal of the purchase and sales agreement for the wide-body aircraft to Nepal airlines and the management team of the airlines after the detailed study of the proposal had suggested the American Company for amendments.
”We had studied the proposed proposal of the purchase and sales agreement and later had redrafted the proposal with some amendments to AAR on Tuesday”, reported the source.
After the arrival of AAR’s team to Kathmandu, the two parties Nepal airlines and the American Company will work on the further process of purchase and sales agreement for the aircraft. The team then after will pass the amended proposed purchase sales agreement contract to the management committee of Nepal Airlines.
“Once the proposal is approved by the management committee of Nepal Airlines, we will sign the purchase and sales agreement of the aircraft”, added the source.
Nepal Airlines had transferred the advance payment of USD one million to AAR for the purchase of two wide-body jets on 15 February.
