Nepal Airlines flight RA-230 diverted to Delhi

Nepal Airlines flight number RA 230 flying to Dubai was diverted due to deterioration of a passenger’s health.

The flight was scheduled to Dubai but was compelled to land in Delhi after a woman passenger was sick making her unconscious. The flight was operating with registration number “9N-AKW” Airbus 320-233 also called “Sagarmatha”.

The aircraft was imposed to make an emergency in Indira Gandi International Delhi earlier this afternoon. The aircraft was piloted by Senior Captain Vijay Lama and First Officer Mukesh Kumar Gupta.

According to our source, the woman was found unconscious but was rescued by the crew members of the airlines and was later landed in Delhi for further treatments. Crew members  Sandhya Gurung, Pursar Kalyani Singh, Prajita Karki, Smita Gubhaju, Nagina Nepal, Laxmi Shrestha, were operating the flight and successfully rescued the sick passenger safely in Delhi.

Later, Senior Captain Vijay lama had thanked and congratulated all of his crew members for safely rescuing the women via Facebook .
