Nepal Airlines 9N-AKW emergency landing in Delhi airport.

Yesterday, Nepal Airlines airbus A320 with 9N-AKW registration imposed to make an emergency landing at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi, India, around 8; 30 PM, after 25 minutes of take off for Kathmandu.
The crew had to head back for an emergency landing after they encountered that aircraft’s flaps were locked and snag on auto-pilot system.
As per the NAC, Kilo whiskey was piloted by Captain Subarna Awale which had 152 passengers and eight crew members onboard that eventually made a safe landing with no any injuries nor damage to an aircraft.
Presently, the aircraft has been grounded at IGIA and waiting for the technical personnel’s of NAC who are about to fly Delhi at 11 am today in the next NAC flight to inspect the grounded A320, according to the administrators of Nepal Airlines Corporation.
