In the past ten months of this year (the year 2022), around 500,000 overseas visitors have visited Nepal. 88,582 visitors came to Nepal in October.
According to the Nepal Tourism Board, travelers from SAARC and western nations have arrived due to the Covid Outbreak’s containment. Due to Covid, fewer visitors have been arriving over the last three years. As a result, the tourist industry was in trouble. The hotels, restaurants, and aviation sectors are now functioning normally.
The board claims that Indian visitors have traveled more this year than from other nations. The reservations for star hotels in Kathmandu are already filled until next December as the number of visitors increases.
