VistaJet Malta Bombardier Global 6000 with registration 9H-VJJ landed Kathmandu today. A 14-member Chinese technical team arrived in Kathmandu on Wednesday by chartering Vistajet Malta. A Chinese firm has been selected to construct a tunnel under the Terai Fast Track Projects.
Vistajet Malta landed today at 16:13 and flew for Muscat at 17:37 local time.
Nepal Army has contracted with two Chinese companies to build three (about 6 km) tunnels on the highway. Due to a shortage of expertise, the contract for the construction of certain specialist bridges and tunnels was divided between two Chinese companies.
