New Airbus 320 Of NAC Will Conduct Its Flight To Hongkong Onwards
Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) , flag carrier of Nepal, has 3 big jets in its international fleet for conducting international flights to several destinations. Out of 3 aircrafts, two Boeings’ 757 are about 3 decades old. They are not equipped with Regulate Navigational Procedure One RNP(Required Navigation Performance)-Onetechnology whereas brand new Airbus 320 is equipped with RNP-One technology. In order to equip aircraft with RNP(Required Navigation Performance)-One technology it costs 3 lakh dollars.
Honking International Airport had made a policy that notifies international airliners must equip their aircrafts with RNP(Required Navigation Performance)-One technology for the operation of their flights Hongkong International Airport. Aircraft without RNP(Required Navigation Performance)-One technology won’t be granted permission to operate their flight to Hongkong International Airport.
As two Boeings’ 757 of NAC are not equipped with RNP(Required Navigation Performance)-One technology so they won’t be allowed to operate their flight to Hongkong Airport after March 31. Till then Hongkong International Airport has granted permission to NAC to operate its flight without RNP(Required Navigation Performance)-One technology.
So, NAC has scheduled its brand new Airbus 320 flight to Hongkong from April 2. A320 will conduct its flight to Hongkong Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. It has been reported that there won’t be any amendments in the ticket fare of A320 to Hongkong. It will remain same as that Boeing 757.
