NAC staff’s carelessness annoys passengers

Staffs of the National Flag Carrier yet again found guilty for their carelessness. Workers at the Nepal Airlines have troubled a passenger by issuing a mistimed air ticket. The passengers are fed up with airlines continuous misconduct.

Narendra Khanal of Khotang had booked the air ticket to Bhadrapur for his wife. The issued ticket explained the flight time to be 10:50 a.m so, they reached airport by 9:30 am. Narendra was shocked to know that the plane had already departed at 9:30 am. He then checked the ticket to conform the flight time which was 10:50 am.

When he contacted NAC, one of the staffs claimed, “This type of issue happens often so we are not responsible.” The corporation neither realized nor apologized their misconduct.

Khanal was later refunded with his ticket amount from NAC however; he was compelled to send his wife to Bhadrapur paying high fare to a private airline.

The flag carrier has already been defamed with various incidents. And now the misconducts from staffs is showing NAC to be vulnerable for their air service.
